  • I am in training to become a manager meaning I do a variety of roles within the business. This means that my day-to-day tasks change each day.

  • Yes. I have developed my sales and customer service. I have also massively improved my product knowledge and knowledge of the industry.

  • My coaches helped make all of the module work fun and enjoyable, especially when we had group calls.

  • Clearly organised and structured throughout, from start to finish. Even at the start of enrolling you can clearly see the structure of the apprenticeship and how it is broken down and the time scale

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I was supported to have the time to complete all of my apprenticeship work. I was also supported in my end point assessment and all of the time spent preparing for it

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My coaches have supported me through out the course and have always been on hand to help with any questions I have. The support in preparing for my end point assessment was especially outstanding

  • The product knowledge training and the training in sales has helped me perform better when working on telephone sales

  • There are plenty of professional networking events to get involved in, including meeting directors and even people from external companies in the same industry
