  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme allows me to have the right balance of work and academic life. I have a training week every three months in which this allows me to focus on learning the knowledge I need. When not on a training week my programme also sets reports and tasks in order for me to demonstrate my skills that I have learn. The balance of this works well for me as it enables you to constantly learn yet also be flexible.
