My role includes, calls, emails, social media, live chat. Whilst this is my basic role I am also tasked with helping support and coach others in my team as and when this is needed.
I have become more confident in myself which has allowed me to develop my coaching and listening skills whilst also allowing me to become more open with others.
I enjoyed the Programme a lot and I am happy with the knowledge I have gained and developed during it
I struggled at some points knowing what to do as the tasks set did not have a lot of structure or information however this may have been down to the tutor
I received little support from my employers other than allowing me time within my days to complete the work
My training provider was not much help and if I needed anything I had to either figure I out myself or ask more than once
I have been able to become more confident and comfortable in both my role and the knowledge I have
Yes, I take part in yearly conferences and any social events that may happen at work
Yes
TJX is a great company to work for
Work hard and you will go places
