  • I am an assistant manager and ensuring legislations are followed and team moral stays high. And exceptional customer service through out!

  • I've grown as a manager on how to deal with situations and following legislations. Very informative.

  • I thoroughly enjoyed my programme. Im looking forward to my next one. But im going to miss my current trainer.

  • Extremely organised and structured. Having a list of things that I need to complete was extremely helpful.

  • Very supportive. Ashley was always a message away and gave me a lot of peace of mind.

  • It very much so. I've recommended and signed other people up to do an NVQ as it's extremely beneficial to everyone's role.

  • Regular online training is provided and regular courses to sign up too. They recommend to have a course signed up atleast every 6 weeks.

  • Yes

  • They values peoples request for promotions and works with people to get them in to "potential zones" if you'd like to progress your career.

  • Be honest around mental health as they have lots of support systems to support you.
