  • Engineering practice is thrown out and document review is all key, all skills needed to pass NVQ stages of your apprenticeship are not available at DE&S due to this.

  • I learnt engineering from the educational provider, but none from the apprenticeship programme

  • Bullying and harassment is and everyday occurance

  • Arguments and insults are the only structure to this employer

  • Some individuals are involved in seeing some growth but give up when the apprenticeship team 'helps out' and ultimately removes you from learning

  • Removal of learning opportunities and expectation to do work rather than learn new skills.
