Running shop floor, filling making sure health and safety in place, stock adjustments, managing staff, deligating to staff daily job role

Help is there when I need it but been in my job role for 4 years but with the company 11 years and done assessment course and was signed of as manager.
Help is there when needed. Great training there when I have needed help.
Just boost my confidence, as I know I can do the job but just with the course has helped me to realise it.

Great company, worked for them for 11years, great pay, good with discounts and look after staff members just alot of work load for managers to achieve.
Do you best in daily job, take pride and passion within your job and give 100%, and help. Is always there and offered if need be.
