I started as a clothing manager on this course, I got a promotion to assistant store manager. This involves the day to day running & management of a shop. This involves ordering, delivery's, cash handling, team management, rota's ect
Yes, I have learned in more detail on how to do my new job.
I enjoyed working on this course a lot. Most of it was on the job training, some was on-line and other bits was help from my trainer.
Very organised, even when put on furlough (study break)
I have received a lot of support, not just from my manager but from other managers.
I had as much help as I needed, probably a bit more than others.
With the training provided, this has helped me to settle into my new roll.

Be honest, they can give you jobs based on your strengths and they help with your weaknesses.
