My apprenticeship is very enjoyable as it is an every changing environment so you are constantly learning and evolving as a person.
I am valued as one of the employees and not just as an apprentice. Always given the option of extra work and encouraged to pursue my chosen career path.
Regular meetings and support from both internal and external sources with constant meetings with both learning provider and company to ensure I am on track and getting the best experience along with learning.
Excellent, there is always someone to turn to with any questions you have.
Constant support with regular meeting to track and update progress with both HR team and line managers.
Very well I travel 35 miles each way every day and covers all my rent and a little bit left over for personal use!
Many opportunities with the company putting on family days and being able to watch the races on a big screen in the restaurant. Last year we were all given a pass to the practice days at Silverstone which was very rewarding.
Yes
Excellent company to work for and
Make sure you have a genuine interest in this line of work from following and watching the races to building and making things yourself at home.
