Apprentice Assembly technique working with supervisor , learning new tasks on how to build engine. hard work , long hours and enjoyable
how to build f1 engine, testing parts, building heads, pumps, turbos. etc,.
It's hard work , working long hours for most of the year. and the company make you do a lot more work that is needed for the apprenticeship.
I feel like I am a useful part of the company , and if I wasn't here some department would struggle
it could have been better organised and the company makes your do a lot more work than is need to pass the apprenticeship because they think you need it.
semta at first weren't very organise but as the apprentice has moved forwards it has because more organised
not allows to do apprentice work at work. so its all homework. and sometime of the year when work is high you don't have much time
as I have a mortgage it is hard to make the money stretch. but the company pays well and looks after you.
