  • My role is to help and join in with the line work, and to learn how we help and how organised skills helps the line to move on schedule.

  • Yes I have learned new skills while I have been here. I have learned how to use tools correctly, and how to keep to a good time limit with my work.

  • Yes the programme is enjoyable.

  • Covid hasn't helped with our course as there has been some disruption but other than that the course has been structured correctly.

  • I believe from my managers have has loads of support whether It is to do with my work or my college work. When ever I have needed help they have helped me

  • I think we got a good amount of support towards our qualifications

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I believe I am learning quite a lot from my qualification that can help me succeed at work and with what I do.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There was at the start but with covid everything has started to close down as you can't have close contact with people, maybe it will come back when everything starts to get normal again.

  • 9a. Would you recommend BMW Group to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I think Rolls-Royce had taught me a lot already and made me come out of my shell to meet and speak to new people. I feel it would be good for anyone to work here and learn what they are capable of.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • Make sure you go 100% in so you can get the most out of the apprentaship and use it to your advantage.
