Learned a variety of new skills- how to manage my workload, the ILR, different administration skills etc.
I enjoyed it for the most part, was nice to see my progression from start to finish, definitely wouldn't be as confident in my role if i didn't do the apprenticeship.
with the help from my Coach, we made sure i ticked of some of my gap analysis every coaching session, and planned in advance to meet deadlines.
A good amount of support, I was always allowed time out during the week to do my 20% OTJ along with being able to attend webinars that linked to my role.
A good amount of support, my coach guided me a lot and the new Thrive platform helped me with my project.
From doing Business admin L3, its helped me understand the wider business and how to deal with stakeholders, along with helping me within my job role with admin tasks.
We often have all staff meetings, which is a great way to socialise with the wider business.
