I’m a shift runner and my job is to direct teams and do my Digital Diaries before and after shift and making sure I personally check the right dates and times for every product.
Getting confident on running shifts and using computers.
I’m looking forward to have time to spare to look at my learning progress.
Very organised and it’s getting easier for me to follow directions
Very well supported especially by my Manager.
Mentor is well supportive too, I know I can ask him if I have any queries.
Driving me more to become a better worker. And it inspires me too.
