I am a shift runer, if I am the one whos running shif on curent day, i am responsible for preparing store to open, count the money, alocate people, making sure stock is allright, and all equipment is fully functional.
I did, i got lots of information, about bussines legislation process, about dta protection, variety of customer needs, bussines promotion and its impact, ways of customer service. all the information on lifetime web, are amazing, and verry helpfull.
in the begining, i was afraid it will be too much, to do it together with my full time work and family, but my trainers was verry helpfull and they were always there to asisst me. it was an amazing expirience and i enjoyed it a lot, thats why im going for lvl now.
It is suited with my needs, im not geting to much stuff to be done, and i have enought time to make sure everything is done, just in case some suden problems i know i can always contact my trainer and ask to extend my time, soo i dont have to worry.
Honestly a lot, whenewher there was requierement for any of them to provide some information, they allways did with no hesitation, there was never a problems with me having day of for any of my exams.
All my Trainers Jennifer , Kimberly and James were superb, whenewher i needed some help or information, i could rang them and they always help me. They motivate me , and always make sure that im ready for my exams.
Thanks to all the informations i have got, it helps me to understand a bussines background more, and impact of promotions, customer service and feedback.

make sure you are not stuck in place, if you join, make sure you use every oportunity comapany gaves you. promotion, apprentice ships, just take it and grow.
