  • 9a. Would you recommend Care UK Limited to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • No support from management. Only negative feedback. Do not understand that night workers sleep during the day. Little communication. Communicate over social media or text messages. Messages always have a negative tone. Rude management.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Care UK Limited?
  • Do not do it unless you enjoy being spoken down to. Apply for nights as you avoid management and the day and night shift divide.
