In my work place I have regular roles to prep vegetables ready for the day ahead and things like potatoes for the next few days, throughout service I often have the role of serving carvery
I have developed my knowledge of food after taking food as a gsce in school taking this apprenticeship has really developed and recapped my skills

It is a great place to work that really care about the staff, they always put staff first as well as the customers and is by far the best place I’ve worked
I would definitely say to go for a job in marstons as it’s second to none when it comes to caring for staff
