Collaborate In running the business alongside my General Manager and lead in her absence. Manage the procedures of ordering stock and performing weekly stock counts. Trained a diverse team daily ensuring they have the support they need. Perform excellent customer service and building rapport with all customers. Control labour and budget costs weekly. Reall enjoyed my course it was very informative and helped me develop my skills in the workplace
Really well organised and keep in touch. My course was disrupted by the pandemic and my trainer and rest of the team kept me in touch with what was expected from me and we managed to finish my course whilst in lockdown 3

Worked here for 6 years and it’s been okay. They can look out for you such as holiday pay and some pubs have very flexible hours to fit around yourself
Be yourself show them what your made off but your personality is what really counts especially in a serving customers role
