Being able to delegate more. Train other colleagues to take some aspects of daily function not just for holiday cover but also progression
Learning new skills that I can hopefully put into practice
I had a thorough induction when starting to course to outline what I wuold be doing. We have monthly workshops and I know that if I have any issues or questions I can contact people which I have been between these periods
My line manager is very supporting and wants me to success. My colleagues are supporting me to free up time in order to do this course
I've had milestone reviews and when I've had issues we have planned in calls to discuss
I am only a few months in but I have learnt how to delegate more. I tend to try and do everything myself which is not sustainable
Within our management group in the past we have tried to go out and and socialise even if its once or twice a year but with the current COVID restraints we have only managed online quizzes from home
Yes
I worked with Poundland through our agency provider but I joined direct and more so in the recent years I have felt more part of the team. They have also noticed and had faith in my skills which have allowed me to progress and move forward in my job role
Always be honest and don't hold back.
