  • A company stands out for the ambitious employees and is one that frequently promotes from within. Corporate office and management value hard workers and acknowledge internal talent. Support and Training and Learning/Development is an important part of their values. This reason alone is very important and makes all of excellent employees excited to work for this company.

  • Be careful with early demands – trust and rewards are earned. Some new hires come to work with demands their first week of work, from how they want their schedules handled to how they'll handle their work, and more. Trust is earned. When you prove yourself by showing up and doing your work well, you will be given much more leniency on how you handle your schedule and work in general.
