Ensuring food safety and health and safety of my unit is carried out daily. Cleaning, preparations of food ie. salads, fruits, closing of service day, wash pots and pan and tidy up.

Yes. I have learnt knife skills, identifying different types of cuts ie Battons and so forth.

Staffs are friendly, there is a lot of opportunity to grab.
Be very keen on what you want to become in life and how best to use each opportunity to make life successful and to never give up even when it gets tough.
