  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love the programme, if it wasnt for this programme i would have never gained the skills that i needed to progress as a chef. I would never have been able to learn different techniques or approachs to serve and cook different food types. Also my knowledge of different foods has been increased dramatically from what i orginally new about different foods.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Everything i have experienced with the programme has been excellent everything is well planned and advanced notice is always given about when the sessions are going to be and also if they are needed to be rearranged. All the sessions give you enough time in-between to be able to work on all the other learning materials that ate on offer to you.

  • There are also of things available to us for extracurricular activities like the webinars that are available at different times and days so that it can work best for us. We do team nights out regularly so that the team can relax and learn more about one another. We also have the MABster chef which is where you can submit any dish that you create to be cooked at the general managers pride awards.
