  • My role is to manage my store on a day to day basis. Managing staff, stock ordering, supporting customers.

  • I have learnt how to manage my colleagues in a better way and understanding the reasons why they work how they work. Poundland is a fantastic place to work.

  • Very structed. The indepth information we have at Poundland is brilliant and makes you understand what you are going to do before you apply for the programe.

  • We are updated monthly on programme internally and our apprenticeship manager is always on hand should we need ay support throughout the programme.

  • Weekly check ins, surveys, monthly reports, information sessions.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • This has really supported me to embed everything I have learnt on the programme into my day to day role.
