  • i have a lot of staff around me who are there for support or help if i need it, this has helped me become confident in my role and enjoy my experience working here. I'm excited for a potential future in the company after my apprenticeship ends.

  • This programme is very organised and structured, we have weekly and monthly catch ups with TL's and my DC coach to keep me on track and give me any feedback i need to help me progress

  • support is always there if i need it from other colleagues, team leaders and my DC coach

  • we have monthly sessions to keep me up to date with the work i need to complete, and is available every thursday if i need any help with work

  • i know more about the industry i work in from the work provided by my training provider

  • training sessions through teams, due to covid there are no social activities or events at the moment

  • it is a good company to work for and there is lots of support around you if you need it

  • the application process was straight forward and helpful, interviews over teams and training provided for the first 4 weeks of the job
