  • I really enjoy it, its interactive, the coaches for the sessions are great and really helpful with any questions you have.

  • Really well organised, we have a time table and clear structure of what needs to be done and when.

  • Plenty of support, they are always on hand to help when needed. Feedback from our mentors is also sent to our employer.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We always have continuous support, doesnt matter what time of day they are always available for any questions regarding the course or activities being undertaken.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Its really harnessed my existing skills, i feel stronger, i've learnt a lot and feel i can apply the skills to my every day job and pretty much as soon as learnt it.

  • Not as far as i'm aware.

  • Yes

  • Great place to work as the people really support you, help you grow. I've really progressed since i joined the business, im free to express my view and put forward ideas.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
  • Be patient, building a career takes time and you will be supported in your journey. You need to speak up about your development and think about your long term career.
