  • call handling. My job is to set up breakdown cover for the customers calling

  • I've experienced a lot and developed a lot on my skills on customer service.

  • i enjoy the people i work with. I enjoy talking to different customers everyday.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The induction, and training was organised easily, developing quickly and sufficiently to take live calls as soon as possible. we got constant support from TL, Buddies and other members of staff.

  • We receive a lot from TL and Buddies as we have a qualty team that review our calls and the TL and buddies who feed it back to us and give us constant advice to develop our skills better

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor contacts me as soon as possible after i send her an email. She constantly gives me feedback allowing me not on to do brilliant but to exceed as far as possible. it helps me understand how important the coursework is alongside the actual job

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It allows me to gain more knowledge and understand which is the most crucial things to know are to this job. It allows me to review my own actions and write them down to further asses them.

  • Due to unfortunate events of Covid-19 no there is not

  • Yes

  • They have helped me build crucial skills that can help me in the future and understand a great working environment


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
  • Make sure you are ready to learn fast and commit, however don't stress as you will receive all the assistance you need. And just enjoy it as the team works better when you can have a laugh like a lot of people in the work place in your team or outside it does.
