both my manager and trainer have been very supportive whise i have worked through the course at my own pace acheiving each goal set.

as much as the course is about my day to day role and i may not have learnt loads it has given me support to feel more capable and confident in my course and want to progress on to my level 3

if i didnt work for harvester i wouldnt be living on own, financally stable, with felxible shifts! we are like one big family at my site and i dont know what i would do with out my teams support.
