  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very organised and structured. You have visits every 4-6 weeks, which are now mostly all remote due to covid-19 restrictions. You are told told what needs to be done before each session and what you need to work on, so you never find yourself confused as to what you need to do.
