    • I have learned a number of leadership strategies and formalised my understanding of some management practices

    • it has been good but the resources are a little generic and feel cobbled together from various you tube videos

    • Organisation is good by my tutor but the structure is repetitive and the inconsistent resources are disjointed

    • not a great deal.

    • My tutor is available when needed so pretty good. Marked inconsistency between trainers though

    • It has formalised what I already knew to a large extent so marginal improvements
