Managing my practice team and dealing with client enquiries and queries as well as managing the financials.

I really enjoyed the programme and found it really beneficial to my job role.
I found the programme well organised and structured and found that it was approached very methodically.
As the most senior person in my practice, I don’t receive a lot of direct support however my line manager is always on the end of the phone/email if I need him
I receive lots of support from my tutor whenever I need it
I feel that my qualification has aided my knowledge and helped me develop myself within my role.
