  • Supporting the restaurant manager with running the business. Overall taking care of the restaurant and team.

  • My leadership skills as well as people skills have improved massively.

  • It is very interesting because you get new challenges on a daily basis which gives you all the experience you need.

  • It is okay. It could be much better, it's a bit tough to get in contact due to not knowing who to contact.

  • Great support received from my bosses and guidance.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I kind of have to find my own way with pink fuse and get my tasks done . It's a bit difficult to complete a few tasks without support of my trainer which I don't have one currently. Overall all the trainers are great, really supportive. It's just the process of getting a trainer is a bit difficult.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps me understand a lot of technical aspects of my role on duty. Helps me overcome some daily challenges that may rise.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • No. We don't usually have extra curricular activities. We host dinner parties for the team every quarter which helps us socialise a bit more other than at work.
