Working stock, leading my team, cash handling, training and supporting team and working with store and assistant manager
Became more confident in leading and thinking of the store as a whole and ways to improve sales
It’s challenging me to think and evaluate how and why I do tasks and giving me the confidence that I am able to do my job to high level. My trainer is also really supportive and helps with all of the above.
I think structured well
It’s great that I can go to my manager and ask about parts I get stuck on. My assistant manager has also the apprenticeship so he has been good for advice as he understands what it involves.
Polly is super helpful! When she comes for visits she really helps and she’s very friendly and approachable, able to give advice and support when I need it
It’s definitely help improve my confidence in my role and made realise just how much I know but be able to communicate it better.
