I take temporary control off the shop floor for 8 hours at a time. I look after a team of around 4- 10 people. I help serve great quality food at a fast pace.
I’ve learnt how to delegate and be more understanding. I’ve also learnt how to be more confident in my self and my abilities
I enjoy my programme and the work I do
I have meeting every 4 weeks at a minimum. I just wish the learning platform was better
Depending on the situation. If I need help with certain items I get a lot of support. When it comes to shift coverage I get none
