As a third year apprentice my day to day basis includes, spending 5 days at the factory, where I have been placed on section learning the skills for the trade.

Yes. Throughout my apprenticeship I am continuing to learn and develop skills that will benefit myself and the company within the future.

I believe the apprenticeship is well structured.

I receive sufficient support from my employer. This is through the training team and the assessors on the shop floor.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to GE Aerospace?

As GE aviation is a very competitive apprenticeship to get into I would recommend studying an engineering course at college.
