I am a team leader at kfc which means i run shifts on a daily basis dealing with all issues on shift
I have became more confident and learnt so much since i started the apprenticeship and met loads if amazing people who motivate me to want to do better and be better
I love going to uni for two days every six weeks. I get to go to Leicester with a different group of people have fun and learn new skills that i then bring back to my store and put what i have learnt in to practice
My program is very structured. We do an assignment after every module which is quickly marked and we get good feedback. My store supports me as well as helps me to complete my assignments
I receive a lot of support from my uni lecturers who are always available to help and support me. Also my restaurants manager and members of the management team who are already on the course are always on hand to help
