  • I manage a team of 9 people. We deal with customer complaints so I look into the Root Cause of these complaints and provide feedback

  • I enjoy the support I receive from my mentor and look forward to our coaching sessions

  • My programme is structured and I always know what I am working towards

  • My employer is supportive of my Apprenticeship however it is difficult to find the time to do this

  • My coach is very supportive and able to see when I am needing additional support

  • Since beginning my Apprenticeship I have been made a permanent Senior Support Administrator (team coach) and I have now secured a Team Manager position

  • Yes, we do an annual Pantomime
