  • Servicing customer and providing support with any queries, along with educating them on other ways to bank with us.

  • Yes, lots of new skills, having meaningful conversations, developing deep customer relations and how to identify other ways we can support them.

  • Some of the content is quite repetitive.

  • VERY well organised, couldn't of asked for better tutors.

  • Could have recieved more support, as we were so short staffed we struggled to find them time to get work complete.

  • ALOT of support! My tutors were incredible and I'm incredibly thankful I had them!

  • Yes it help's alot in supporting customers.

  • Potentially other professional networking events, but these and not very well advertised to my grade role.

  • I enjoy working for a corporate company but I would like more respect by our senior leadership team with how tight they have left us along with the pressures.
