Servicing customer and providing support with any queries, along with educating them on other ways to bank with us.
Yes, lots of new skills, having meaningful conversations, developing deep customer relations and how to identify other ways we can support them.
Some of the content is quite repetitive.
VERY well organised, couldn't of asked for better tutors.
Could have recieved more support, as we were so short staffed we struggled to find them time to get work complete.
ALOT of support! My tutors were incredible and I'm incredibly thankful I had them!
