  • Fully enjoy it from the start of my experience it’s been enjoyable and rewarding. I look forward to the start of the month to learn a new activity and enjoy it to the end when it’s due.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised. At first I couldn’t grasp what we had to and how to submit work. However the system is easy to follow and mapped clearly so we know exactly what to expect. I like how easy it is to reach out to our trainers by messaging them on Bud.

  • Support from manager where needed is good and generally positive about developing our skills further.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Plenty of support Both of my training providers are on hand and prompt in replying back to me. I feel reassured they are always in the background to help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Developing new skills and building confidence. Applying these skills to helping customers are a great testament.

  • Potentially. I don’t seem to have any time to fit this in my busy life at the moment.
