  • on the day to day I speak to customers about there queries and questions, I help them with there internet banking and I also process things like payments for them

  • not well at all always having new coaches, had been on it for 9 months before I actually was given work to complete

  • not that much its like they think about it when they receive an email about it or get reminded of it

  • had about three calls with no clue what was goung on

  • its got a homly environment but it can take a second to process things
