  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • In my current rotation I am shadowing a scrum master and therefore learning about people management. I regularly run the meeting along side my manager and take on some relevant tasks to help him and the squad. I also have helped run a number of conferences and liaise with vendors on our teams behalf.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Organisational skills have been key in this role. I have also started learning about program development and network systems. I know so much more than when I first started.

  • the best decision I ever made was to work here. Every day is a learning day.

  • Very well - we all know university dates in advance - all know what we are studying etc

  • my line manager and rotation manager have been amazing - there is always someone who is able to help you.

  • My lecturers so far have been very supportive.

  • It has given me a good understanding of how the technical side of things work in the office - it adds to the learning experience.

  • Lots - something on every day.

  • Take your time with your application - there are many steps to get through so focus on each one individually.
