1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am an administrator for Schools within the NHS. We look after the education and training of junior doctors. I help to arrange and facilitate meetings, arrange and provide administrative support for courses and training.

I have developed my administrative skills and understanding.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme and its variety. I am lucky as I have a brilliant tutor who is helpful and explains what is required.

My programme is very well structured I have units set on a monthly basis with realistic deadlines

I have full support from my employer and team members who help if needed and allow me the time I need

I receive full support when needed and helpful explanations

I feel I have a better understanding of what is required of an administrator and it has made me think more about how outside influences affect what we do.

We do try and have social gatherings away from work about 3 times a year.
