  • I am an administrator for Schools within the NHS. We look after the education and training of junior doctors. I help to arrange and facilitate meetings, arrange and provide administrative support for courses and training.

  • I have developed my administrative skills and understanding.

  • I enjoy the programme and its variety. I am lucky as I have a brilliant tutor who is helpful and explains what is required.

  • My programme is very well structured I have units set on a monthly basis with realistic deadlines

  • I have full support from my employer and team members who help if needed and allow me the time I need

  • I feel I have a better understanding of what is required of an administrator and it has made me think more about how outside influences affect what we do.

  • We do try and have social gatherings away from work about 3 times a year.
