  • The job role changes dependent on placement (Which rotates every 6 months). Generally, you are attending meetings, organizing and leading projects, engaging with stakeholders.

  • Yes. I have learnt a variety of management skills including, project, change, people management.

  • I really enjoy the programme. The variety is great and enables you to find what you enjoy and develop a range of skills. It is also a really good way of studying for a degree by being able to apply course concepts without any debt!

  • Very well organised. There is a group of lead sponsors who look after specifically general management apprentices.

  • Great support from lead sponsors, sponsor, placement manager, buddy and peers.

  • Support varies dependent on your module tutors, personal tutor, level and place in the year.

  • This is dependent on where you placements are but overall the knowledge from the degree will help you to understand key business concepts.

  • Yes! There are a variety of events advertised through the year
