  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My day to day role is a Dealer Setup Administrator. This essentially means that I do checks on dealers to see if they are eligible to work with ourselves and provide vehicles for our customers.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • The biggest skills that stand out to me are team work and time management skills. The team work skills derives from being part of a team where we all work from the same work load and have to communicate. Whereas the time management comes from managing work and university.

  • The support from my employer is arguably the best thing about the program. There are university mentors who are always happy to help and book meetings when help is needed with assignments. There is also my team leader and work colleagues who support me with my day to day role.
