  • I provide a range of support services related to the processing, management, and resolution of insurance claims, invoices, outstanding balances, and other financial accounts. I am also responsible for maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. I work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including claims adjusters, policyholders, and creditors, to resolve financial disputes

  • I have learned and developed several new skills as a recovery analyst. I am now more proficient in using data analysis software to identify trends and patterns in financial data. This has helped me to better understand the root causes of financial problems and to develop more effective solutions. My communications skills have greatly improved as i need to be constantly engaged with clients of stakeholders.

  • I genuinely enjoy my course work. I enjoy the chance to learn from seasoned experts and find the subject matter to be both hard and fascinating. I also value the chance to connect with other students and industry experts. I'm sure it's getting me ready for an effective career in recovery analytics.

  • I would say my program is well-organized and structured. The curriculum is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in recovery analytics. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including data analysis, business intelligence, and risk management. We are provided with a variety of resources, including academic advisors, career counselors, and research opportunities.

  • receive a lot of support from my employer. My supervisor is always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. I also have access to a team of experienced professionals. I have a mentor who is a more experienced recovery analyst. My mentor provides me with guidance and support, and helps me to develop my career.

  • I receive a lot of support from my training provider. My tutor is always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. I also have access to a team of experienced professionals who are always willing to help me learn and grow.. My training provider offers workshops on a variety of topics, such as data analysis, business intelligence, and risk management.

  • The qualification has given me a strong foundation in the theoretical and practical aspects of recovery analytics.
