  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • At First Response Finance Ltd there is a lot of opportunity to take time out of my daily job role to find out more information in other departments or to develop new avenues within my job role to make the process easier. This ensures me having to find data, review data, analyse data and feedback, call listening etc.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The organisation is very structured and organised which helps me to understand where I am at and keeps me on track as to where I need to be or what I need to do. We have an internal system which can log all our development and grades which is handy as it only requires one platform.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • We have monthly catch-ups set up by our mentor for when we get back from university to see if we need anything from our employer. These are very well structured in line with our recall days.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The university to start with provided us with very minimal support, when I would suggest we needed more. However, this year things have started to see an improvement with us having a new course leader who has provided us with the additional support that was needed for our group.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Through the assignments set it helps a lot with having a job role where we can put the work into action. This has helped me take things forward to my team which I wouldn't have done without learning it at university.

    8/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • At First Response Finance Ltd we have quarterly team building sessions where we complete an activity or go for a meal outside of work hours to get to know each other more and build relationships. This is time we have where we don't discuss the work but talk about ourselves.
