  • My role involves supporting the planners that work in BT Technology. This can include writing briefs to support customer programmes and liaising with customers and/or suppliers to air concerns from our planners.

  • I am currently learning further management skills and new skills in presenting and hosting important team conference calls.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Very much, I do feel however that so far the programme has been a bit unorganised

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Not great at the moment, a lot of the key aspects of the programme, such as Smart Assessor, have only just been introduced.

  • As much as I need.

  • Some, they are there when needed.

  • SO far I don't feel the training has had an immediate impact, however im confident that the programme as a whole will benefit me for my future ambitions

  • Yes many

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • The company has many areas that someone can start and progress their employment. There are endless opportunities for development in all areas.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?
  • Be yourself and be confident. The company is going through some changes at the moment but these are very exciting for the business and its employees.
