I manage HPE's strategic partnership with the World Economic Forum. This involves liaising with the WEF on opportunities and aligning this to HPE's strategy. We often seek opportunities to engage execs in thought leadership.

It is structured around key areas of early careers development. The sessions are very informative and helpful and provide us with key skills.
Quite a lot, there is a huge emphasis on support.
The support was ok, probably could've been better especially when completing the final assessment.
It isn't too relevant to my current role but still learnt many transferable skills.
