    • Almost too much support - the resource available is extremely good

    • A lot - nothing to fault from Pareto

    • Very well - i use all the techniques i have learnt in my role

    • We used to have a 5aside team but we are always travelling and go out for drinks and free meals out

    • Class place to work - very well paid industry, unreal events you get to attend and get to work with some awesome partners and customers

    • You need to be able to talk to people comfortably and have a learning and growth mindset
