  • Great to have started with other apprentices, building a network at work. Enjoyed learning new things

  • Manager is extremely supportive and there is now an early talent team in place who are there if extra support is required

  • There is always things going on, whether it be a community fund day, volunteering or the opportunity to go to external events.
