Everyday is a different day one day I could be sat on a till providing a good quality of customer service, or the next day I could be running my own shift in charge of the team and making sure the day runs as smoothly as it should do by doing everything which is possible
Yes I’ve learnt how to talk to people in different ways, how to control my self if tricky situations, and overall I’ve learn how to drive pallet trucks and the electric truck in a safe manner and I’ve also learnt how to do first aid by doing a first aid course
I enjoy the programme really well as the written work isn’t as tough as I thought we be and my practical work is just different every single day so everyday brings a new experience and leaning so my shift so everyday you learn something new which is very beneficial
Is it very well structured as I have meetings every month with lifetime learning who is my training provider, and they come and set me work to do and see how I’m getting on with my work and letting me know how I can improve and how long it will take to improve
I receive a lot of support from my employer as they help me out with learning on and off the job and they always offer me support on where I can improve for example, they are teaching me how to do orders and they always try and push me to do the best
I receive a lot of training wethers it’s in work on via phone call my Tutor is always willing to help me progress and complete all my work to the very best of standards so that I can do the best possible work at all time and be the best manager I can
It helps me preform as it teaches me how I should Interact with customers and how they should be delt with in the right manner and it teaches me how jobs should be done in the correct way, also it makes he see what goes on a daily basic a lot more clearly as I understand it a lot more
Yes there’s a loads of extra curricular activities to get involved in and example is the teenage cancer trust football tournament where we play against over ALDI in a 5 aside football tournament to raise money for our chosen charity which is teenage cancer trust also there are a number of different events such as running competitions.
Yes
Because we are on a good wage and it is a good company to work for and all the staff are friendly and everyday it’s a good environment to work in and the company looks after to very well and provides you with everything that you would need when working for this company
Apply for the jobs as it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever done, applying for the job was tricky but that’s because in the long run the job is very beneficial as it gives you a lot of key qualifications which will make you go far in the company
