  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme has been organised/structured well and I had the time to do my work for my apprenticeship and balance that with my work life. The programme has provided a lot of information for me to complete my work and perform well. However I feel there could be more contact between the organisation and ALDI to inform each company of my progress and where it will lead to.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have received great support from my employer and they have given feedback when needed and also helped with any queries I needed to complete any assignments. I do think that Aldi could give more structure however, so I know what is needed to know to progress onto future prospects.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I have attended visits to head office to see how logistics work and to see how other parts of the company work. I met other apprentices to see how they all found the programme which helped me share different experiences and learn through different points of view. I have also attended other courses Aldi have provided to improve our performance

  • 9a. Would you recommend Aldi to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Aldi has encouraged and pushed me to work my hardest and I definitely feel that I work for what I’m paid. The fast pace of the company ensures that there is something to do all the time and the work rate expected by the company is reasonable enough and I enjoy my time working for Aldi.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
  • I would advise others that Aldi isn’t an easy company as you need to work hard in order to work well. However it’s a great company to work for so people must ensure they have the time and effort to put into their work as it’s a very fast paced job.
