  • I deliver online and face to face training to the frontline suppport brand training iniatives support district trainers with their training

  • Leanring about Time management and project management has been really helpful. It's been great to learn from my colleagues and people from other businesses

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love learning something new all the time and developing my own skills. Its also great to have the opportunity to discuss best practice and see how HR operates in other companies and sectors

  • My programme is incredibly well structured, I get great support from the training provider and my line manager

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I'm being give 20% of my working time to dedicate to my apprenticship. My manager reviews my work and ensures I'm sticking to my development plan

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Crosby management training are fantastic, I have a dedicated trainer that I can call anytime for support. I also have booked in regular reviews with her to ensure I'm on the right track

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • This qualification will set me up for success and allow me to progress to a higher role in the future

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We have lots of networking and social opportunities. We have a social committee that organises a pay day social every 4 weeks where we can all get together, network and enjoy friday pay day!
